Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 business days and in original wrappings with original receipts. If the merchandise is not returned in original wrapping, your order may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

All Return Authorizations are handled through email. Send your return request to hello@netkoolr.com and we will send you the Return Authorization form. Please, fill out all the blanks and email back to us and we will start to proceed your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our FREE SHIPPING promotion is a courtesy on orders over $50 and applicable charge will be deducted when credit is processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@netkoolr.com

If you are replacing an item because of your own needs, you will be responsible on paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. 

Damages (if applicable)

Please advise us within 48 hours of any damages and please write to hello@netkoolr.com

You must keep damaged merchandise in original boxes with all original paperwork. We well arrange for the shipper to pick up the merchandise.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

We use USPS shipping services - Next Day Shipping.

Your shipping confirmation will be provided by e-mail with tracking number as soon as we ship it.

For backed order issues, the customer will be notified by email whether to choose another selection available or refund.
